"Was not expecting this to be an extremely busy place, lineups to get bar service in order to get ice. No fridge in the room. Bathroom was really nice but the rest of the unit was extremely dated and the mattresses were not new, they were old spring mattresses. No AC but fans and a portable heater ..."

Macdonald Aviemore Hotel
"Terrible check in over two hours waiting for a room to be ready after check in time. Room itself was fine bathroom needs a make over. Bar area floors and tables were sticky"

"Room lovely . Star rating only 4 as carpet was stained . Rest of room excellent. Breakfast was delicious and service excellent. Parking in carpark is free and very close . Easy to load and unload outside the hotel when needed."

"As it was self catering, we expected a toaster and a small cooker instead there was a microwave. The room was clean but very noisy from people outside our main door and upstairs"
