"The view of the Columbia River was awesome. The bed, table and chairs very nice. The biggest disappointment was the toilet. It’s the shortest toilet I can ever remember using. It is not easy to use or comfortable for a senior. They really need to get taller toilets and additional hand grabs are also needed.
The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant good. "

6/10 Okay
"The hotel was nice inside, but there were a lot of homeless individuals outside, and they blocked the entrance to the parking lot where we had to maneuver around groups of them to get to the parking lot. There is a a vacant building right there that seems to be the hangout. It didn't feel very safe outside. But the entrance to the hotel is locked and you have to use your key card to get in, so that was good. Someone must've called the police one evening because they showed up outside. There was also WAY too much air-freshener in the hotel, to where I had a hard time breathing. It was so overpowering!!! I've never experienced that before in a hotel. You could smell it before even walking into the building. We had to sit outside multiple times to get fresh air and get away from it all. We will not be staying at this location again."

4/10 Poor
"I had a room that supposed to sleep 5 reserved, two queens with a couch, our flight had been delayed, I called ahead at 8pm to let them know we wouldn't be checking in until after midnight, and they could only find a room with two beds, no couch. Forcing one to sleep on the floor."
"TLDR: I recommend it as an inexpensive, relatively clean downtown stay.
Pros: The room was generally clean and the location is very good (easy walk to downtown core and the terrific weekend farmers’ market). It was cheap and no fee for the dog!
Cons: I was told at check-in that I had selected a smoking room (I’m positive I wouldn’t “select” one) and to avoid it, I needed to upgrade my room for, like, $13 or some nominal fee. They also have a big, mostly empty lot, yet charge for parking. Finally, stains/burn holes in the bedspread (in my slightly more expensive nonsmoking room)."
"Nice place to stay. Facilities are good enough and location good of expo area. Street and hotel are densely packed into hundreds of apts so very crowded. Breakfast is below average and all frozen microwaved eggs a such. "
