"The place is nice,staf very friendly. Little older but clean. Breakfast not to bad but for 12 days was the same: beans, falafel boiled eggs, mashed potatoes,eggplant and omelet station. Cheese, yogurt and bread with nice bakery side. So i got bored and went outside some days for breakfast. But don't ever go to the hair salon they are so rude especiallythe girls, they do a very bad job and they will cheat you on the money. They told me a price for my mom but i left then they charged her a lot more because I wasn't ther and when i complained they were so so rude and very bad attitude. بس الفطا لمدة 12 يوم متغيرش زهنا وخرنا بعض الايام نفطر برة . اسوا شى الكوافير بتاع الاوتيل وحشين اوى وحراميه اتفقوا معايا على سعر وسبت امى يعملوا الشغل ضحكوا عليها واخدوا فلوس ذيادة كتيرربدل 1300 اخدوا كنها 1900 وكمان عملوا شغل وحش جدا ولما اتكلمت تانى يوم اسلوبهم كان وقح جدا جدا مفيش اى احترام ولا ادب يعنى حراميه وكمان قله ادب.، المكان الاوتيل كويس بس قديم شوية نظيف والموظفين كويسيين جدا ومؤدبين ومحترمين جدا واة شئ على طول يتعمل ويتحل كويسين "

"If I could give it 0 stars I would. We book dozens of hotels annually and for the most part reviews are accurate except in this case. It should be more like a 3 or 4. Old run down amd no air conditioning working."

"BEWARE I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel and feel compelled to warn future guests. During our stay, money went missing from the safe in my room, as well as from the safe in my friend’s room. At first, I honestly found it hard to believe — after all, how can money go missing from a locked safe? I assumed there must be some mistake. However, after becoming suspicious, I deliberately arranged the notes in a specific position before leaving the room. When I returned, some of the money was gone and the remaining notes had clearly been moved. At that point, it was undeniable that something was wrong. We immediately raised this with hotel staff, expecting it to be taken seriously. Instead, our concerns were brushed off with no proper investigation, no accountability, and no real effort to resolve the situation. The lack of concern and professionalism was just as troubling as the missing money itself. A hotel safe is supposed to provide peace of mind. Sadly, that was not our experience. I would strongly advise other guests to be extremely cautious with their valuables if choosing to stay here. Very disappointing experience."

"Great customer service. The room was clean and all pictures are pretty much the same. The breakfast was amazing. The food at the lounge was good especially their signature burger and fairly priced. Location is great close to airport and a city star mall which was handy for the last day as Cairo can have very bad traffic. Overall really enjoyed my stay "
