"was overall good"

"The location of the property was easy to find. There was ample parking and everything was spotless. Erick at the front desk was helpful and kind. breakfast was exactly what you would expect and was warm and yummy. Overall, worth the $$$. ☺️"

"Good location, staff was professional. Amenities are suitable and overall a good option."

"The staff was good excepted for one who was just mean spirited! The elevator and the hallways to the room needs to be cleaned. The hotel appears to be a renovation from another hotel or just appear different from other Marriott properties. Overall the location is goiy and the staff kept the lobby area cleaned. The sales manager was really nice…."

"It was disgusting. The cover was dirty so they told us to put the dirty one outside, NO ONE had grabbed it our whole stay which means housekeeping is not up to par, THEY HAVE NO SOAP, and our key had stopped working so I went downstairs and there was a BIG guy at the counter on night shift and we gave him our key card and he said NOTHING for 10 minutes so we thought he was fixing our key card, My husband asks him “ are we waiting for anything, he says no. The hotel is fine for saving money and apparently pet friendly, I saw several guests with dogs. The dogs didn’t disturb my stay."

The mattress pad/covers crinkled like plastic bags. There was no breakfast available, despite breakfast being listed as an amenity. The room type and breakfast were two reasons why we had chosen this hotel over other options. Those two missing features on top of poor customer service from the woman at check in made for...
