The young lady who was the receptionist the 3 days of my 4 day stay. Extremely professional in customer service with guest & myself answering questions and sharing information. The engineer, 'jack of all trades' in keeping the building up & running. While also explaining winter weather do's & don't advice in making my visit safe along with enjoyable.

The room was spotless heat worked great being from FL in MI winter-time. Front desk retrieved the requested iron that wasn't in the room originally & was returned to the front desk upon check out.
