"Great location right next to the train station. You can actually just walk out of the straight to the track. It’s very convenient especially since you need to take the train & bus to everywhere in Switzerland. Only flaw with that is if you have a room facing the track (which we did) you can hear the trains. It’s not terrible but you do hear them on the track and can hear the beeping noises they make when they open and close the doors. Wasn’t terrible but there is some noise. The breakfast is a must!! So many great options for everyone no matter what your preference is for breakfast food. It was delicious and definitely need to add that to the stay. The room was comfy and great condition. They didn’t have the AC on yet but they did provide us with tall floor fan which worked great. Overall it was a great hotel and a great experience! Highly recommended!! Ps. You also get a guest pass which gives you discounts and free access to the bus in certain areas (they provide the map to show the areas)."

"Such a lovely hotel with a great location in the town of Interlaken. We had an amazing view of the mountains from our balcony. The staff was so friendly and interested in helping us navigate around town and the surrounding areas."

"Room is clean and fragrant. However, there’s a lot of noises at past midnight that can be heard. A lot of construction going on during daytime. Breakfast is nice but can improve by changing set of menu each day. Staff are amazing and helpful."

"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I had better experienced with youth hostel than this. The “shared” bathroom is multiple closet with a toilet or a shower next to a very public spiral staircase. No sink above de 1st floor. Our room was ont the 4th. To brush our teeth or fill our water bottle, we had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs. No sink next to the toilet the closest to our room. Super hot inside , even if we are in April."

"Our bedroom was clean with a good shower room and the hotel has a useful guest area to prepare and eat a simple meal. The main restaurant decor is an unusual mix - faded French Baroque room meets Chinese buffet- style and where breakfast is ok. Staff helpful and friendly and dealt very well with a noisy late night party in one of the bedrooms. Convenient central and quiet location."
