Staff was very welcoming, great location, lots of little amenities that you wouldn’t consider, like the fridge in lobby for guest use (most hotels here don’t have mini bar fridge in room), sauna, and fixed cost for guests at competitive price for the restaurant. Rooms are comfortable, homey, and clean. We only stayed one night, and didn’t get to fully enjoy it all, but would certainly rebook here!

Great hotel in Wengen

Very clean, quiet, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Our balcony has a gorgeous Mountain View. The hotel is located in a beautiful small town - Wengen which is a good location for exploring the Alpine area. The breakfast was very good too. Strongly recommended for visiting this area.

Fantastic hotel in Wengen

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Located 5 minutes from the train station and great views of the valley. All the staff were all super friendly and a special mention for Thomas who helped me plan out my hikes each day and was so helpful. The hikes that Thomas recommended were amazing. Breakfast and dinner options all really nice. Next time I visit this area of Switzerland I’ll make sure to book this hotel again.

The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating from the moment we arrived until we left three days later. They gave us some recommendations to see around the area. The hotel was always clean and our rooms were clean and the beds comfy. The Mountain View’s from the hotel were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again!!

My words will fail me as I try to describe our stay! This place is amazing!!! I can't wait to visit again. The hotel is lovely. Quiet and in a beautiful setting. It was very clean. The rooms had everything we needed for our stay. We had a nice view from our balcony. We had dinner one night which was wonderful. Breakfast each morning was a nice way to start our day. But the thing that really sets it apart is the amazing staff! So kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend staying here. I hope to be back sooner rather than later!
