As it is so far up from the station, it needs a restaurant on site with a bar. Staff was excellent and helpful. They do send a car to pick up the bags and drop them at the station

Super happy with my stay. Location is great. The view from my room is dreamlike. It’s a small hotel. All staff members are kind, friendly, and helpful. Everyone works as a team and seems to enjoy their work and connecting with customers. Breakfast is wonderful too, simple but delicious. It’s about 10 min walk to train station (without luggages ) and with elevation (maybe 100-150 ft). So, the little shuttle ride from/to the station is a nice touch. Do follow the instructions on calling them in advance so that they can plan accordingly. The shuttle is small, so you can’t show up unannounced and try to squeeze in. All things considered, I can’t be more happier with my stay. Thanks guys.

Can't do better!

What a wonderful stay in Wengen. The hosts were kind, professional and warm. The room was what we needed. It was perfect for 2. The view was amazing and such a great location. We were thrilled. We moved on Murren for the night and wish we had stayed here again.

The property is situated at a quiet location and is accessible via a long walk from the station or in-house shuttle transport. The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful towards guest. The breakfast service is very good with its selection and quality. The only drawback was the extra price paid for the view was blocked for development cranes thus ruining the view.
