"The staff is super friendly and amazing! They were quick to answer questions & provide us with alternative suggestions if we were hitting road blocks regarding our itinerary. They were quick to accommodate and resolve any issue that came up. I would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers seeking a beautiful hotel at a great price. My only critique is the air conditioning is not turned on until hot weather is consistent. I tend to run a little on the warm side & immediately tried to turn on the air. For fear something was broken I let the concierge know the AC wasn't working, they explained it isn't turned on until warmer weather is regular. So just know this ahead of time. This was a minor issue. We slept with the windows open at night, the traffic does get loud if you have a street view in the early morning hours & we had to close it via noise. But if you have a courtyard view I assume the noise would be much less of an issue. The restaurant has a wonderful buffet in the morning. I'm not a breakfast eater but we did partake one morning. Everything tasted AMAZING!!! If you love a good hearty breakfast you should try it. I made up for what I didn't eat with cappuccino. There is no rush to hurry to finish your food. DO NOT take your phone in unless you put it on SILENT! The people eating are there to socialize and enjoy their food. (Tip for Americans who can't seem to part with devices)."

The hotel is within walking distance of most major tourist attractions, and the subway is just a two-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, it was a good experience."

"It was a fine stay - great location; the physical property is very nice, serviceable. I think I caught a weekend when the price was elevated (marathon). So the expense (~$500 euro / night) made it an unfavorable relative to the room quality"

I also really appreciated how quickly my room was changed upon request—this was handled promptly and without any hassle, which made a big difference to my overall experience. A special mention goes to Daniel, the waiter, who was incredibly nice and friendly. His warm attitude and attentive service truly stood out and added a personal touch to my stay.
