Just a short walk across the Inn River and you’re in the Altstadt and the heart of Innsbruck. Comfortable, clean room with all mod cons. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast available, plus coffee/tea throughout the day.

Lovely welcome and all staff so helpful. Recommend great places for us to visit as well as giving us times of buses etc. All staff so friendly especially the Italian young lady in the bar during the evenings we were there . She also recommended us to go to Seefeld which we did and was well worth a visit. Thank you

Nice location right across the river from the main area of old town. Easy 2 minute walk across the bridge. Staff was very friendly. Property was clean and safe. Breakfast was good. Great value vs hotels across the river. We would stay here again.

Super Unterkunft gleich an der Inn. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuss super erreichbar. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Die Angestellten sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich geben einem auch super Tipps fürs Nachtessen sowie Ausflüge. Eine Tiefgarage ist ca. 3-5 Minuten top zu erreichen, es gibt auch Tickets im Hotel dass das parkieren 4 Euro günstiger ist.

Es hat uns richtig beeindruckt, wie freundlich und hilfsbereit das Hotel Personal ist! Sehr schön, vielen lieben Dank! Unser Zimmer war klein, aber schön, sauber, man hatte alles was man braucht für eine Nacht. Das Frühstück war lecker und frisch. Die Lage ist perfekt. Und die Leute sehr lieb! Empfehlenswert.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Parkgarage ist sehr eng, aber dass ist einfach der alten und sehr erwürdigen Umgebung geschuldet. Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten aber ausreichend,die Frühstücksdame ist sehr harsch aber das wird halt so ihr Wesen sein.Zimmer war sehr sauber und der Ausblick auf die Innsbrucker Altstadt war wunderbar. Preis/Leistung ist ok. Das Hotel wird von mir weiter empfohlen.

Excellent location. More specific instructions on how to get there would be appreciated. Take train to Nestroplatz station. Take the lift (same level as the train) to ground level. Do not take the escalator. Exit from lift & walk 100m to the hotel!

Hotel Mondschein is located just across the river from Inssbruck's Old Town with a bridge right in front of the hotel. This makes its location wonderful for walking around this wonderful city. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. And the staff are very nice and helpful. The only minor downside is that if you arrive by car, you will need to park in the close Old Town parking garage, across the river. But this is a very minor issue given the quality convenience, and value of this hotel.

The position is wonderful, in the center of the town, the room was big and comfortable. The hotel personnel is very kind. We had a problem with the toilet, that was not perfectly clean, but they tried to solve it.

The view from our window was incredible! We loved the woodwork in the rooms, the breakfast area, and in the bar. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The window minimized any street noise from below. It was an easy walk to go to Old Town. We had a great stay at Hotel Mondschein.
