"Clean rooms, affordable stay, good location in relation to all OCMD activities. Breakfast was mediocre, food not adequately restocked so we missed out on some options, plus eating area gets crowded fast."

"The room was updated with paint carpets, the bed was good but the tub could be upgraded. The pool, spa around it was clean. Miniature golf could be bigger if designed better. There is a lot of land that could be use up.The indoor pool needs some more excitement. Volleyball in the pool wasn’t even used so I thought something like enclosed tube slide might be nice. PJ pizza had good food but the servers were terrible. Didn’t go back .The small restaurant on the left side of the resort had excellent food and most of the servers we dealt with were great. Nice movies and popcorn free. Arcades, air hockey tables and amusement games were extra but well kept. The shuttle into Ocean City was free but we didn’t use it.The staff was always there and willing to help, even the cleaning staff."

"My family and I appreciate how close this hotel is to the beach; the beach view is phenomenal. It is very convenient to get there, and the hotel offers beach chairs and towels. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are tidy and well-maintained. The complimentary hot coffee is great; thanks for that. However, the only thing I dislike is that there was no kids' channel on the TV channels. In general, I definitely recommend Park Place as a place to stay."

"Refrigerator in the room was good. No coffee pot or any cups whatsoever in the room and no ice machine. They did give you one 5 lb bag of ice per day if you went to the front desk and ask for it. So called breakfast was very minimal some cereal juice and muffins. Free parking was a plus and location to the beach overall it was okay."

"Staff is AMAZING!!! Every person I met was so nice and really made sure your stay was great. I wish I got some names but the front desk staff… WONDERFUL. The only downside is parking. They only have about 10 spaces at the hotel or you park 3 blocks away. But the view and convenience of being right on the boardwalk makes up for that!! Thank you to the staff for being so kind and making our trip amazing."

"Everything was super great. I do not need room service but when I did ask for some towels and washcloths, I was told by one of the cleaning ladies there was none available, but they would bring me some later so I took the tag off the door so the cleaning staff would come in. I never received any that whole day or the next morning.. I even notified the woman in the hallway that afternoon. Overall, my stay was fantastic. Could you put different lights outside on the decks too bright and attractive mosquitoes?"
