My older teenage kids arrived before me, due to an unforeseen delay, and were mocked by the receptionist, Denise, after inquiring about the reservation before I arrived. I requested 2 key cards from her, upon arrival, and only one of them worked. I went back to have another one activated, after explaining that I needed 2 but only one worked, and then that visit resulted in the deactivation of the one that had worked. I had to visit the front desk multiple times to resolve the issue. They also did not have a single extra blanket available, which I should probably have asked about beforehand, but I’ve never stayed anywhere where there was none available, so didn’t think to do so. "
