"The photos looked okay but the property, the building and my room were gross and disappointing. On top of that, this was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. The woman who checked me in was clearly stressed and overwhelmed and was trying to help too many people at once. She asked for my card and ID and I had to ask for it back after she finished checking me in and gave me my key. She called me about an hour later and said she forgot to run my card for accidentals and asked me to come to the front desk. I was out at dinner and she said to come by before 11pm. She called me back at 10 and left a chaotic voicemail saying I didn’t pay them and she was going to my room to remove my things and kick me out l. It was completely unhinged. I called back to give her my card info and she kept telling me there wasn’t enough numbers but I read her the number at least 5 times. She let me go and called me right back and said the card was “invalid” but it was a credit card with a high limit and there’s no way it declined. I gave her a different card and then she hung up on me. When I got back to the hotel my room key didn’t work so I had to have it reprogrammed. I cannot believe the way I was treated. Don’t stay here!"

"Immediately walking in, the hotel is super clean, and the front desk clerk was very welcoming and friendly. In fact, every single person I interacted with was very nice and helpful. The room was also very clean and surprisingly spacious. The pool wasn’t quite open yet for the season, but it looked really nice from what we could see. There is a nice enough fitness facility as well as a Jacuzzi and sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again! One additional thing to note is that the hotel is next to a major highway and shares an entrance with a truck stop, so it does get a little bit noisy, but it wasn’t too bad and the view of the mountains was beautiful!"

"Will stay there whenever I’m traveling through. Friendly staff, clean rooms. However, bring your own pillow if you’re fussy about pillows. Theirs look nice on a well-made bed, but they’re made for looks, not comfort! Too stuffed and not very soft for my taste. Many hotels are guilty of the same practice."

"The room was dirty, the carpet in the hallways were disgustingly filthy. The smokers area is directly in front of the lobby. Doors so you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get into the building to book your room. The pool was out of order. The breakfast was dry, cereal, dry bagels or waffles. That's all your choices. That was it The faucet in the bathroom was leaking around the handle horribly. When turned on the fostered in the bathroom leaked under the sink when turned on because it was leaking around the handle, the toilet seat was broken.The toilet was a round front.Non eighty eight compliant for public use.The toilet itself was loose at the floor the bathtub was disgusting.I wouldn't even try it.There was a large burn mark the shape of an iron right in the middle of the floor of the room.I was in the staircase.The carpet was so greasy and had never been cleaned to the point where it was shiny and slick going up the stairs.This hotel was disgusting and gross"

"The rooms were clean, the water was hot and the staff was kind and helpful but the rest of the amenities were far below par. The breakfast was worth not even showing up for and I fully suggest enjoying breakfast somewhere else. The Jacuzzi was hardly air temp and you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in years.think of a tub of bacteria and then it's worse. The hotel is pet friendly towards dogs that never stop barking so if you're looking for peaceful quiet at the end of the day, you won't find it here. You are right next to the express way and a few minutes from the airport so travel access is a plus and less than 5 min to downtown Boise and the university. If you are look for a place just to shower and rest your head and nothing more then you're in luck. If you want to spend any additional time at the property you will be disappointed. Not the worst place I've ever stayed at but it's in the top 3 easily"
