"Everyone from the valet to concierge to check in and the housekeeping staff exhibit the utmost care and full service you don’t often see in many hotels despite it being a service industry centering in hospitality. We were extremely taken care of and anything we needed were attended to smoothly and promptly. Love having text ability also for the service team to check in and let guests know they can easily have needs met easily and well met! Would happily recommend and look forward to staying...

"Room was clean, clean towels, we stayed for four days and had paper products at the front desk which was nice (didn’t need to go out and purchase). The front desk checked in with us daily to insure we didn’t need anything (another bonus), first day we had a minor issue with the heat - front desk was highly responsive and came to fix it. I highly recommend 17 John!! We will definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is in good location though some road construction in front of the hotel. The room was compact and rather small. However the view from the room looked nice. The amenities were very few and limited, no proper cup for coffee. The reception staffs were not very nice and helpful."
