"Das Hotel ist sehr sauber die gesamte Belegschaft ist sehr zuvorkommend und äußerst freundlich. Das einzige kleine Manko war die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, dass konnten wir uns aber bei der Suite gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis und größerer Auswahl aufs Zimmer bestellen. Auch der Preis ist aus meiner Sicht für die Suite absolut gerechtfertigt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!"

"The location is beautiful and right in the centre of town. 20 minutes walk from the train station and 5 from the ferry terminals. The balcony on our terrace had plenty room for the 2 of us to sit there and enjoy the view. Our room was comfortable although the shower cubicle on the small side. The room and hotel in general, although rather dated was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout. The service from the breakfast team was superb as was the choice and quality of food on offer....

"We had a lovely stay in Desenzano at Hotel Riviera, where Desenzano provided the perfect base for us to explore Lake Garda as we had been travelling Italy via trains. We had a balcony and lake view room, which provided gorgeous views and caught the morning sun. For us that was definitely worth upgrading for. The room felt spacious and modern. There was only a mini bar fridge in the room though, so storing any drinks to cool was a challenge, especially with the 30 degree heat. Only gripe with...

"Loved an affordable option for visiting Lake Garda. Honestly the walk up-hill to the hotel burned off any calories I had consumed in town. Loved the pool and rooftop cool-tub. "

"A great choice by me. The hotel was right on the lakeside. The staff where very attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. They even turned the bedding down for you in the evening. Overall for me a brilliant hotel to stay at. I would recommend this hotel to my friends to stay."

"From when we checked in the owner is very friendly and welcoming and always polite. The hotel is fresh and looks like it's recently had a spruce up. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be, hair everywhere (on the outside of the toilet bowl, floor and on the shower head) so definitely room for improvement on the cleaning side of things but overall pleasant enough to stay. "
