"I continue to stay at this property whenever I am in Istanbul. The staff are outstanding, from the desk to the room attendants, they are always willing to go the extra mile. My wife decided that their sheets were so soft and comfortable, that she wanted to know where she could purchase some for our home. They were so accommodating that they offered to sell her some from their own stock that had not been used as yet. Then she decided she needed the matching pillowcase, and they once again offered...

The room was spacious, which I appreciated — but it’s clear that the hotel has seen better days. The interior feels dated and is in need of renovation. You can tell this place used to be top-notch, but it’s aging and could really benefit from a refresh. That said, given the area, I doubt you’ll find anything significantly better nearby. We actually booked there a second time during the same trip (even though we had other arrangements) because we were so happy during our first stay. A 2 pas de l'embarcadère et aussi des bus dont celui pour l'aéroport (à peine 100.métres) Chambre lumineuse car toute vitrée avec une vue imprenable sur le Bosphore. Bon double vitrage. Personnel disponible et très agréable. Super adresse Je recommande"
