Our room was spacious, comfortble and clean. The breakfasts were very tasty and substantial. We ate dinner in the restaurant where the food was delicious with generous portions. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We would highly recommend and would happily stay there again.

Amazing property. High spec and beautiful artwork. A real home from home. Winchelsea is a beautiful village and a great base for walking and exploring the area.

These pods were super cute and very clean. The heating in it was fantastic and kept us warm on a very cold and wet night. We were provided with the and coffee making facilities and a bag of marshmallows to toast by the fire. Kids really enjoyed it. We could also hear and sometimes see the lions ...

This is about Winchelsea not Icklesham! Great place to walk around ~ worth getting a map with different landmarks including Spike Milligan's grave and John Wesley tree. Interesting town buildings and good museum and wine cellar tours open from April.
Winchelsea is delightful even in the rainiest weather!
