"The breakfast buffet was geared towards more Japanese tastes, and was one of the best we have had compared to other hotels. The room was a decent size. There is a GIGANTIC mall next door that spans 3 or 4 large city blocks, which is super convenient. Felt like that was a Mall of Japan, with how huge it was. The hotel itself is right near the train station, as well. Another benefit was that there was a small convenience store (NewDays) thru the breakfast area that was open 24-7 so if you needed a snack, you could get something."

"Great location to attend Disney parks and the free shuttle bus right from the door was great. The hotel is right by the train station and shopping centre so it's excellent for convenience. The room was nice and very clean though a little outdated. We had a room with the giant tub overlooking the city. The view was amazing and worth the extra after a long day at Disney. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Second time staying in here. Very satisfied again. This is more like a real living place instead of typical hotel vibe. It has kitchen, sinks, laundry machine, like real Japanese home. I personally think that this was probably just a regular mansion but transformed to hotel later. Anyway, good location, good room, good staff, good price. Will definitely stay again"

"We paid for a room that was supposed to accommodate five people, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite work out the way we expected. I had to contact Expedia to try to resolve the issue because we had been told there would be enough room for all five of us. I had tried to confirm this with the hotel beforehand ss well. Technically, there were three beds, a sofa bed, and a rollaway bed, but as anyone who has travelled to Japan knows, hotel rooms can be quite small. Once all five of us and our luggage were in the room, there was very little space to move around comfortably. On the first night, I spoke with both the front desk and Expedia to see if they would make an exception to the no-refund policy, but unfortunately, the hotel refused. Here’s the good part, though! We had a wonderful nighttime manager who went out of his way to help us. He managed to get us an extra room right beside our original one, so three people could stay in one room and two in the other. His kindness completely changed our experience, and the new arrangement worked out really well for our family. The property itself is in a great location, close to several attractions and plenty of places to eat. There’s even a 100-yen store nearby! I would stay here again, but I definitely learned from our mistake. Next time, I would book two rooms from the beginning, one for three people and one for two. It probably would have been cheaper to do it that way, and we would have had much more space from the start."

"It appeared that the hotel has three separate buildings clustered close together. I stayed in the main building, which had a simple, compact design that was functional, clean, and comfortable. The older gentleman with glasses at the front desk was especially courteous and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. The location is excellent if you’re visiting Tokyo Disneyland—it’s only two stations away and very convenient. There’s also a 24-hour convenience store right next door, which was a big plus. Another convenience was the direct train ride to Tokyo Station, which took about 22 minutes with no transfer. Overall, a clean, practical hotel in a very convenient location."
