"ライブで利用したのですが急遽友人の宿が必要になり、たまたま私の取っている部屋がダブルだったので電話で確認して2名の宿泊に変更していただきました。
電話でお伺いした時点で確定はしていなかったのですが2名分の館内着を用意していただけていました。
急なお願いにも関わらずスムーズに対応していただけたこと感謝いたします。
部屋も十分に広く綺麗で、机や鏡もしっかりあるのが良かったです。
大浴場もゆっくりできました。
大浴場の女湯のドライヤーが3台しかないので混み合っている時は待つことになりそうです。
スタッフさんは皆様丁寧で、気持ちよい旅になりました。"
