"This hotel is top notch. Beyond beautiful with wonderful amenities. There are 3 hot tubs and a sauna with beautiful views. There is also a small pond to take a cold dip in if you dare! The breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful. The lobby is beautiful and a comfortable place to hang out in. Parking is included. The room was spacious and quiet. The bathroom was perfect and the coffee in the room was appreciated. It was replenished each day. The room cleaning service was also very nice. The only con for us was the room had a strong smell like body odor. It was extremely apparent as soon as we opened the door. We debated on informing the hotel but thought it would be remedied by opening the window. It was not fixed by opening the window. We then thought it was too late to inform the staff. This con is slightly on us for not informing staff. But we were tired when we arrived and didn’t feel like dealing with it. However, the bottom line is that this hotel is beautiful, with great service, and I would highly recommend staying here for a luxurious experience in a remote part of Iceland. "

"Hotel was perfect for our one night in Iceland. Location was great with 100m walk to airport. Could not ask for more helpful staff and offering.both breakfast on site as well as a restaurant for a no need to leave hotel for dinner option."

"Excellent staff, beautiful rooms, amenities. Not cheap but really wonderful quality. Would recommend pre-booking with the breakfast - there aren’t ANY restaurants open before 11AM within an hour of the hotel, and adding it on later is expensive. "

"Upon arrival I wanted a shower. The shower in my room was so tiny that water splashed out all over the bathroom and flooded the floor. When I reported it to the staff, they graciously upgraded my room to a much better space. The staff was stellar always helpful with suggestions and answering questions. The on-site parking is pretty expensive, but right next-door is a P3 lot that was very reasonable. Good location with views of the bay and walking distance to many great restaurants."

"Room was clean but very warm and difficult to control with just opening a small window. Staff was courteous and helpful. Parking was plentiful and close. Large breakfast buffet was really good. Location was perfect. Very nice stay. "

"Small, modern rooms. Very quiet. Only thing was the modern vibe was a dimly lit room. Restaurant downstairs was good and convenient. Coffe and donuts in the morning were great. Locationn was good for dining and sightseeing. Parking was in a nearby lot and roughly 50 dollars for 48 hours. I enjoyed the location"
