Curtains were attached to the rod with cable ties. A room smoke alarm was going off all night for the want of a new battery. This place needs to be closed down."

"We had a wonderful at Mantra we enjoyed the pool especially. Unfortunately the bar area wasnt open however fabulous area to bring friends."

"Hotel looked brand new! Very comfortable. The sports club downstairs and the location away from town was strange but we quite liked it. Just a few more things would have made it perfect - like a bath, a slightly bigger seating area in the pool bar (and drink selection) - but otherwise great. Room service was great, TV entertainment unit was awesome and the beds were massive and comfy. Will stay again."
