the lady that takes the bookings for the main restaurant needs to go to an anger management course or find another occupation. very rude and unaccommodating!!!! apart from that the staff are all wonderful

The staff were so helpful and kind. Everything was super easy checking in and out. We only stayed overnight on our way through on a road trip with our 20 month old twins and 9 year old daughter and it was perfect for a stop over. Didn’t see much of the town as just passing through.

This was just a pit stop on return leg to the Gold Coast. Staff were polite and welcoming, young lad explained the pool area, dining options. Room was great for the family who enjoyed the space and room service. Breakfast was good and kids enjoyed all the savouries that were fresh out of the oven. Will definitely be returning on our road trips for a stop here.
