"Customer service is non existent. Staff almost never around. Beware that they refuse to provide with extra towels or pillows. Bathroom is tiny. Kitchen comes with a pan and spatula but absolutely nothing else - what is the point? No cutlety, no bowls, no plates. They expect you to eat out of the hot pan with your bare hands after cooking a meal. "

"This hotel is well situated, about 400 meters from the Katsuta station. We came to see the flowers at Hatachi Seaside Park and fee that the hotel was a good choice due to its proximity to the train station and the park. It is about 15 minutes by bus or taxi to the park.
