"The room was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to stay an extra night and didn’t have to change rooms. I had dinner one night at the restaurant and it was delicious and the bartender was awesome. "

"Property is in a good location for the parks and has a good restaurant and bar. Biggest issue for me was my room backed on to the lift shaft which meant I had a very noisy stay and trouble sleeping. I asked for a room change but hotel was full and staff really didn’t care."

"Stayed here for a Universal Studios trip with my partner. Hotel was in walking proximity to the park and even included a free shuttle. Parking fee was a little expensive and we didn't try any other amenities, but we enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Will stay here again."
