Staff was not cooperative and took a lot of time to respond to concerns I had during my stay. The hotel itself is very beautiful and nice and has premium amenities. The room was very beautiful, clean and house keeping did an amazing job. The front desk really needs to work on customer service and their ridiculous policies.

We had a phenomenal experience staying at Park Hyatt on our recent trip to Hyderabad. The hotel was top notch with Luxury rooms, incredible brunch and dining services. We were touched by the hospitality of the staff who were courteous, helping and accommodating. The central location of the Hotel in posh Banjara Hills makes shopping, sightseeing very convenient. We will be returning to this hotel on our next visit.

1) Front desk staff always greeted with smiles and are always eager to help you to ensure you feel comfortable and relaxed in all manners. 2) Our family likes the breakfast counter as they have all kinds of varieties in breakfast food. All the food they served are of high quality and excellent in taste, we like mango smoothie & special Irani chai whereas kids favorite was Donuts and cakes. 3) The cleaning staff was also incredibly good and available on prompt request, with kids around the room is always messed up but they ensure cleaning the room properly and in professional manners upon request. 4) We wanted to try and take some of Hyderabad famous food such as Hyderabadi Biryani, Chicken 65, Haleem, and famous Karachi biscuits. Hotel staff have given proper information regarding the outlet and places to visit and to get those to have a proper feel of Hyderabadi taste and tadka.

Comfort stay with good perks.
