The staff we faced at restaurant are prejudiced or not interested in supporting us. We had to leave without having breakfast due to their inefficient planning. Prior day we informed them that we will take breakfast with us, as we have to catch a morning flight. They told us that we can go there in the morning and get the food of our choice packed. Firstly, they kept packages ready with their choice and when requested for our choice, they delayed it so much that we had to leave without juices. And they didn’t pack the food and fruits that we specifically mentioned and requested for kids! The support we received at that restaurant is really far from OK, forget about satisfaction! Food that we had is also very oily and not that good! We didn’t expect this kind of hospitality! Another major concern is the cleanliness and hygiene of bathroom. Tub and glass beside the tub have spots and marks on it. It also looks like mold in few places. I wonder how it is a 5 star hotel.

Hotel needs to invest in in-room upgrades. Leaky faucets & old shower heads, leaky tea kettle. I had a very early morning departure & both desk people were crabby, rude, and generally dismissive. Also, hotel location is isolated on a 3km radius gated compound.
