Jenny gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do and places to see in Phu Quoc since it was our first time. The resort itself is beautiful with an infinity pool and a private beach! Included was a breakfast buffet every morning. My husband even went to the fitness center every day. We will be back in the future. Highly recommend!"

"We are a family of 4 and we booked for 3 nights but the first night our room has no cold or hot water to shower nor to flush the toilet. We had no water for 12 hours. We walked to inform the water problem . There was no telephone in the room and it was a long walk to the reception desk. Only our room got affected since we confirmed with our neighbor. The owners of the hotel blamed on his staffs for their negligence but did not compensate us for that night. It is unfair and unacceptable. DO NOT stay here. Terrible service and management!"
