Staff very friendly and helpful. Location great for local cuisine. Language was a bit of a barrier being from Australia. Resort itself feels a little dated, not really like the photos online but was okay and serviceable. Pool was always clean but just not cold, same as the ocean…. Would I stay again ? Probably not, I believe it would be worth paying a bit more for a bit better.

The room was fine but the shower had clear signs of mildew near the window to the room. Overall it was a spacious room and nice to have a balcony to sit on. Would have loved if beach had more loungers that were in the sun. It was also a situation where there were not enough chairs for all guests

Nice beach and swimming pool. Good to have a great view from room. Gym room is good as well. 2-3 dishes are changed in breakfast daily which is nice especially we stay there for 3 nights.

Great hotel, the rooms were big and clean, the view of the ocean was lovely, the sunset was amazing down at the bar as was the live music every night from 5.30-7.30pm. There are plenty of options for food up on the Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a corner at recep level which is always not litted up for some reason. It makes the hotel atmosphere not favourable. Firework programme didnt carried out throughout our 4 night stay and there is no proper notice.

This is a lovely place to stay.Secluded with private beach and a great pool.The staff are excellent .Restaurant a little pricey but the breakfast which was included was very good.Lots of good little restaurants near by.Only issue was a smell in the bathroom which I think was the drainage system.The bathroom itself was spotless.We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again

Great location. Friendly staff. Elevator to the room is 30 steps from the ocean. Clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is way too over crowded. Food has no protection (plastic layer I seen in other buffets) I saw lots of people sneezing near the food station. Dangerous and unhealthy. The beach beds are there but for some reason the mattresses are not placed on top of them. It is very uncomfortable to rest on the wooden beds without the matresses.

Disappointing hotel

We had paid for the whole trip duration of our stay upfront through hotels.com which have the details of my credit card. But when we checked in the hotel wanted to keep our passports - we refused this and explained that I have already paid and have my credit card details. Because of this when we were at the bar to order drinks or food - we couldn’t add the bill to our room for me to pay at check out. I argued my point with this and they said this is because I haven’t left my passport. absolute idiots! Also the standard of the hotel is not as high up as stated on the site - there were loads of areas that were broken or outdated - broken flooring of the wood decking in pool area, missing pieces of tiles in swimming pool. The evening entertainment on the beach front bar was the same each night and on the night we wanted to attend we were told to move ourselves from the beach sofas because they had been reserved - but no one told us that we had to reserve it despite us spending money on drinks and food there - WHICH we couldn’t put on our room bill. Crap service!

Overordnet et fremragende ophold med dejlig morgenmadsbuffet, tæt på by og restaurantliv. Der kunne godt være et ønske om flere solsenge i solen på stranden, da størstedelen er dækket af palmerne, men fint alternativ med brug af sandsækkene. Vi kunne godt ønske os en vietnamesisk menu i restauranten, så det ikke var nødvendigt at forlade området for at finde det. Måske var vi farvet af de andre hoteller, vi havde boet på i Vietnam op til dette ophold, hvor servicen var helt i top, så oplevede vi en manglende service på dette hotel.

Fine værelser med udsigt over havet. Pænt og rent overalt. Morgenbordet fantastisk. Personalet er utroligt hjælpsomt og imødekommende. Vi blev hentet og bragt til lufthavnen, uden omkostninger. For de unge er der en super strandbar med underholdning om aftenen.

푸꾸옥을 즐기기에 아주 좋은 자리에 위치해있습니다. 운이 좋게도 객실 업그레이드를 받아서 정말 이쁘고 넓은 객실에 남은 일정 동안 있을 수 있었습니다. 사진과 같이 객실도 넓고 안에 욕조도 있어서 여행 후 피로를 풀 수 있었어요. 뷰 또한 바다가 보이는 발코니라 정말 좋았습니다. 직원 분들도 다들 친절하셨고 조식도 다양해서 좋았습니다 딱 하나 단점은 따로 금연 구역이 없어서 그런 것인지 해변이던 수영장이던 자리를 잡고 누워있으면 담배 냄새가 여기 저기서 날아와서 곤욕이었습니다.

I thought the place was nice and convenient to the beach. It is in close proximity to nearby restaurants and eateries. There wasn't any laundry facility in the hotel so we had to carry our clothes to one nearby store. The one incident that was really frustrating is the fact that the bar didn't let us sit to watch their fire/music show. The restaurant in the hotel told us we can order and eat in the bar to watch the show, the two initial host/hostess said we can sit there. When my food was ready, another hostess said we can sit in that outdoor bar area unless we order drinks, So, she kicked us out. How embarassing and ridiculous. This is not one of the cheap hotels in the area, and this bar is part of the hotel. Needless to say, we won't be back to this. Service of bar is poor. Everyone else gave service as expected.

Great hotel, nice views, loud music at times.

Spent three nights here in the Grand Panorama Room. The room was amazing with a big patio to hang out on with a great view of the ocean and beach. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had a big variety. The only really downside was the loud music playing at the bar until 12-1 o clock in the am. Can’t really sit outside or in your room for that matter without hearing the loud music. Luckily we brought ear plugs so we were able to fall asleep while the music was going. I think some noise mitigation at the bar would go along ways as it seems to be more of a family, couples resort.
