"Arrived late at night - online check in but instructions were not that explanatory for first time users. No instructions in the room as to how the lights worked! A notice by the door would have been helpful. Clean room/bathroom and comfortable bed. Good breakfast but no fresh berries and only available fruit was bananas. Reasonable value for the cost and would stay here again if visiting Copenhagen in transit."

"From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, we were well taken care of. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was HUGE, the beds were extremely comfortable, the shower was fantastic and the breakfasts were outstanding! If you couldn't find food to like, there was something wrong with you. The location was fantastic... just a short easy walk from the train station with restaurants and food places very close to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"We stayed at the Copenhagen Best Western Plus for one night before our cruise, and it was a great choice. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area and get to the cruise terminal. There were a couple of downsides. We missed having a TV in the room, and the bed for the third person wasn’t very comfortable. However, for a short stay, the hotel was clean, convenient, and the location really made up for those shortcomings. We’d definitely consider staying here again before another cruise."
