There were no Arabic, Egyptian, or oriental shows at all. "Hotel refused to let me check-in with my confirmed Expedia booking although I called hotel reservation office and they confirmed to me that everything is alright ... But once I reached hotel, they rejected my reservation due to discrimination.. They claimed that Expedia's offer is only for certain nationalities and not anyone can book with it even if Expedia confirmed the reservation ... I got stranded at reception for over 3 hours until I was forced to make a new reservation with much higher...

"The overall the jasmine Palace was very clean and very tidy all the time. The staff was always present if we need anything, we could ask them anything and they would be able to help.
