Un séjour tout simplement parfait et probablement l’une des plus belles expériences de voyage que nous ayons vécues ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur, une attention et un professionnalisme exceptionnels. Tout était absolument impeccable et chaque détail semblait avoir été pensé pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Un merci tout particulier à notre majordome Mina, dont la disponibilité, la gentillesse et le sens du service ont largement dépassé toutes nos attentes. Grâce à lui, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de chaque instant en toute sérénité. Nous souhaitons également féliciter toute l’équipe du Poch Club, qui a été remarquable du début à la fin. Leur professionnalisme, leur bienveillance, leur sourire constant et leur désir sincère de faire plaisir aux clients font toute la différence. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis comme des invités privilégiés plutôt que comme de simples clients. Les installations, le service, l’ambiance et l’expérience dans son ensemble étaient tout simplement irréprochables. We spent 4 wonderful days at this resort and loved every moment. The beach was stunning, the food excellent, and the staff professional and genuinely helpful. Everything was well-managed and we felt truly well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended — we'll definitely be back!

First room wreaked of paint. Second room had a broken, noisy extractor fan in the bathroom. Third room was ok even though the TV wasn’t level. Restaurant prices are different to the ones advertised on their website. Constant banging from maintenance work. ‘Local spirits’ aren’t great and seem watered down. Ironing board and iron took over an hour to get to my room. Had to wait 15 minutes for a coffee in the messy cafe that attracts the birds. Food is good and the restaurant staff are pleasant but this isn’t a 5 star hotel.

We upgraded to the Posh Club, allowing us to have our own cabana which had a safe, ceiling fan, outlets, and your own mini fridge. I had a spa treatment (thank you, Nancy!!) and it was incredible. Every person we encountered made our trip memorable. The concierge service is a piece I would say needs enhancing. Any time we asked for something, it was done begrudgingly. The day we checked in, we specifically asked for an offsite Hurghada excursion - both verbally and 5 times over the course of 3 days within the texting communication piece - and our butler never booked it. We had to book it ourselves. This lack of communication, prohibited us from experiencing more of the amenities on the property. That was a letdown. Overall, it is a beautiful property and a great spot for families with children (young or old) or if you are with a bunch of friends, like us.

Très bon séjour au Sunrise Crystal Bay. L'hôtel est très propre, très bien entretenu. La piscine était chauffée, donc nous avons pu en profiter début mars. Le personnel est très gentil. Beaucoup de choix au restaurant buffet et il y a également plusieurs restaurants où dîner le soir. Les équipements de la salle de sport sont en très bon état. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel.

La suite junior était très spacieuse, nous avons apprecié la vue sur la mer et le jardin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme général de l'hôtel avec notamment des zones "Adult only" dont une des grandes piscines chauffée à 29°C, le jacuzzi extérieur et une partie des transats en bord de mer. Le personnel etait toujours très poli et serviable. Les activités proposées sont variés. Enfin la restauration (matin, midi et soir) etait vraiment excellente : très variée, très qualitative. Un vrai plaisir de s'y rendre.
