Ein 2 Sterne Hotel bitte nicht buchen
Leider entspricht das Hotel in keiner Weise einem 4,5 Sterne Hotel. Die Zimmer sind dreckig, die Fliesen im Badezimmer sind mit Flecken übersät, saubere Handtücher hatten teilweise Flecken, kein warmes Wasser und der Wasserdruck war durchgehend tröpfelnd. Einrichtung im Schlafbereich teilweise kaputt, das Lattenrost bestand aus einfachen Brettern die nur lose lagen und somit jede Bewegung im Bett gut überlegt werden musste. In den Hotelfluren stand das dreckige Geschirr tagelang bis es endlich aufgeräumt wurde. Im Außenbereich nur unbeheizte Pools, ein Schwimmen war nicht möglich. Das Essen war essbar, aber nichts außergewöhnliches und kaum Abwechslung, ständig waren Getränke nicht vorrätig, entweder war der Kaffee alle oder die Milch oder die Cola. Das Hotel war zu 75% durch russische Gäste belegt und somit fand die gesamte Animation in russischer Sprache statt. Die Belegung des Hotels von deutschen Gästen war sehr gering und die wenigen deutschen Gäste wechselten auch noch das Hotel. Leider haben wir unsere Reise ohne Reiseveranstalter gebucht, ansonsten hätten wir auch versucht das Hotel zu wechseln. Positiv Hervorzuheben waren die freundlichen Kellner die alles versucht haben. Unser Fazit auf keinen Fall wieder dieses Hotel.

Ehemals schönes Hotel
Leider entspricht das Hotel nicht unseren europäischen Standards. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr bemüht und freundlich , leider mangelte es an Koordination und Basics( einen Tag fehlte die Milch, an einem anderen die Cola). Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich und es wird nicht mehr viel gemacht. Die schönen Bungalowhäuser neben den Pools sind unbewohnt und von innen Ruinen.Das Essen hat zwar einigermaßen geschmeckt, war jedoch wenig abwechslungsreich und nicht einem 5 Sterne Hotel entsprechend, eher 1 Stern.
