villaggio turistico davvero bellissimo. il cibo molto buono e vario. molto pulito e davvero personale molto attento. l'animazione è giusta e non invadente. la spiaggia è meravigliosa e ha una zona di barriera corallina... davvero tutto perfetto.

Ótimo

Ótimo hotel, funcionários simpáticos e sempre prontos para ajudar. Tem área de corais para mergulhar na propria praia do hotel que é privada. Bem grande em extensão pois os quartos são térreos e todos com varanda. Ótimas piscinas (2) e ótima praia. Além do serviço de open bar com bebidas alcoólicas, tem um ótimo bar a parte Havanna Pub, o bar é ótimo e o pessoal que trabalha também. No geral o custo benefício desse hotel vale muito a pena!

I will never visit this hotel again

The hotel is very poor, rooms are old.. After check in at 3 pm, we found sheets, pillows and bed cover are dirty with previous guest smell on it. We had to fight at 10 pm to change sheets after calling reception 2 times I found lepers in z room.. Old furniture Rude and unprofessional staff, they treat guests as if they didn't pay for their stay. Food and drinks are extremly baaaaaaad.. Don't go there if u don't want to ruin yr vacation:(

NOT GOOD RECEPTION SERVICE

The day of late arrived in Hurghada and late check-in the hotel, but the recepetion cannot find out the booking reference number from Hotels.com, and my mom and me were exhausted at lobby for around 1 hours waiting. After the long time of waiting, reception still cannnot track my booking data, but finally accepted me to live. However, I cannot believe the room do not equipped hot water shower , my mom travelled for 24 hours from the long distanced of Taiwan, and the frist nightof stay cannot have the good shower... I immediately called the recepetion to fix it out, but they could not, while I asked recepetion to pick up the new room key to us tmw morning, and the reception said YES. BUT, the day I waked up, they still drived us to the reception to wait in the cold windy weather outside, while we finally changed the new room, but still no hot water, and the reception tried to leave us. Cause the RECEPTION said they had a lot of customers need to serve, he didn't want to serve only us.... I cannot believe this situation happend, if the recepetion cannot help us, how could he help other customers???? And than we changed the three times for the third room in the end. The recepetion didn't give us any good atitude, no smile, no help at all.

فندق للاستجمام والاستمتاع بالراحة

يتميز الفندق بجودة الخدمة من العاملين وخاصة فى المطعم والاستقبال وأن جودة الطعام المقدمة فى الوجبات الثلاثة متنوعة وشهية وممتازة. موقع الفندق رائع وخاصة الشاطئ والبحر لأنه بدون صخور على الرغم بأنه بعيد وسط مدينة الغردقة إلا أنه يوجد باصات بالحجز ومواعيدها قد لا تناسب بعض النزلاء. الغرف واسعة وكذلك السراير كبيرة ومكيفات الهواء تعمل بكفاءة عالية. يتمتع النزيل بالاستجمام والراحة لا تشعر بالزحمة فى المطعم والشاطئ . ينقص الغرف كاتيل لتسخين المياه ومشروبات ساخنة وسكر. يحتاج الفندق لمزيد من النظافة فى الغرف والتخلص من الحشرات الطائرة ورائحة الصرف الصحى. اقترح إضافة أكوا بارك فى الألعاب المائية. زيادة أعداد الأدشاش المائية على الشاطئ. الواي فاي والانترنيت فى الريسبشن فقط وضعيف ويحتاج إلى تقوية وإلى توفيره فى الغرف.

Отель для спокойного отдыха: немного людей и огромная территория. Две лагуны с песком для плавания. Свой риф для снорклинга (с пирса). Ресторан без изысков, но что съесть - всегда найдется. Номера есть более старые, есть более новые. Если в номере есть какая то проблема, то в течении дня приходит специалист и устраняет ее.

Spotless place

Very nice and very clean resort with friendly staff. Fresh food always, grills in front of you every day. Even WC got personal attendant, Mr Ibrahim was for ladies, and he was just amaizing to make sure place is spotless. Nice holidays

English 3 star but very friendly

A lot of the rooms have been updated and are all single storey accommodation. Very close to the beach, some annoying flies around pool area but far less on beach and has the only clothes optional beach (one side of the bay )in the whole of Egypt. Staff very helpful but like all of Egypt works on a tip basis for best results. The food here was a little spicier than other hotels we've visited but could always find something to eat, excellent value for money especially on longer stay holidays. Entertainment staff good but not excellent and evening shows in some cases could be improved but the guest relations manager is excellent. Had a couple of small problems throughout the stay but were put right immediately The Christmas Eve Gala meal was at an extra charge and therefore was poorly attended, should have been spelt out in advance hence not many wished to pay the 30 euros per head to attend. Everyone however got a stocking on their doorstep and Father Christmas appeared on Christmas Day. We will certainly book again for next yea.r

1) Wi-Fi is only in lobby and it's very sloooow. Need to be in every room (and free of course) in 2017! / Вайфай ловит только возле ресепшена, и то скорость еле-еле! В 2017 году пора бы уже ему быть во всех номерах (бесплатно, разумеется) 2) Water in the swimming-pool is too cold. Please make it warmer ;) / Вода в бассейнах слишком холодная! :) 3) Drinks at lunch and dinner must be offered to every table! Why should I catch the boy and ask him every time?) / За обедом и ужином официанта надо ловить, чтобы он принёс напитки! Сам не подходит 4) A lot of spicy food, even for kids. Not good for all europeans, especially for child :) / Многовато острой еды, даже в детском уголке. Не всем подойдёт, особенно ребёнку.

Simply amazing !

The resort is quite big and has many facilities. Everything was great! They will give you free big mineral water as well everyday. But there is no wifi in the room and the breakfast is the same everyday.

Great Value for money. Beach is amazing and staff is very friendly and helpful. Night shows are good enough to keep you thrilled for a while, room was always clean and a big bottle of fresh water was available on a daily basis. The beach is amazing, with crystal clear water, the pool was cold and refreshing, the food was always available in the buffet, delicious every time.

This is a Russian hotel. The BRITISH SHOULD AVOID!!!!! All entertainment is in Russian and for Russian humour. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Taxis to the marina and el Mamshwa are around a 15-20 minute drive. Please barter down taxi prices as we paid 75 one way for a hotel taxi but paid 50 coming back in a local taxi (after initially being told 150). The hotel food was terrible; unless you enjoy boiled veg, boiled rice, boiled meat in a thick sauce, fish in sauce (fried fish is not bad) . We found a hair in the only good thing which was the bread! It improved slightly when the manager was there however it was still pretty bad. Alcohol is not good the cocktails were vile.. Also please note wine is only served in the restaurant with meals for free. The beach was dirty too lots of litter in the sea. The entertainment team tried their best and were always eager to please and had lots of energy. Veronika, Julia, Natasha and Mohammed tried to make the best for us out of a bad situation. They couldn't do enough for us. Overall bad hotel in a bad location with an animation team who do their best with the resources they have. Would not recommend!!!!!

Rent och fint

Underbar luft och väldigt mysigt, det är mycket familjärt. Rent och snyggt! Men försäljare som har sina affärer runtomkring kan vara för påträngande. Området är typ som bungalo, hotellet ligger en bit utanför Hurghada. Men det kan vara en fördel, luften är ren. Och man slipper se fula tak i från andra byggnader. Helheten är mycket bra! Det var lätt att komma i kontakt med andra turister. Jag skulle absolut rekommendera detta. Men det är slitet på en del ställen. Så det som är kränsen ska inte åka hit. Jag gillar hellre en familjär känsla och lite slitet, än nytt och opersonligt. Bra mat!
