Sorry but I can't give 5 stars, the hotel is not the same as the photos on the website. the hotel does not offer the same services as it says on the website, the breakfast is not the same as what we saw on the internet, the room service, the reception, everything is chaos! every day very loud music, nobody can rest. I do not eat this hotel. I paid 19 euros a day for all inclusive, but it was a waste of money, as there are no alcoholic drinks and the food I advise you not to eat!

Enttäuscht!!! 1: Das Zimmer war nicht sauber 2: Die Musik lief von 9 Uhr morgen bis 22-23 Uhr, was absolut nicht gut war, als wären wir im Club. Man macht Urlaub, um sich auszuruhen. 3: Wenige Auswahl zum Frühstück und es war jeden Tag dasselbe 4: in Plastik Becher Tee trinken, ist absolut Kacke 5: den Müll im Frühstücksraum wurde jede 3 oder 4 Tage gewechselt, wenn überhaupt und das auch bei diesem Wetter. 6: der ein Kellner war so unhöflich, man wird mit dem Essen nicht fertig und er nimmt den Teller mit und das auch jeden verdammten Tag. 7: ich würde nie wieder hin, und rate jedem ab, hin zu gehen, außer man will sowas erleben.

Der Standort im Hotels stimmt nicht! Und das Hotel ist sehr weit weg von die Stadt! Hotel hat leider sehr schlechtes Essen und Service Qualität, und ich fand es nicht das beste für Hotel Urlaub! Das Hotel kann besser sein, Strand so weit und nicht gut!

The rooms need work. Walls dirty, shower curtain barely hooked, no blankets given only sheet. Very loud music starts playing around 1030 am and goes until midnight. Food alright. Pool nice.

Hotel.com just as bad as the hotel

The pictures do not represent the hotel at all. There is not beach but a shuttle to take you there. There no slides at the place. The breakfast was horrible. The WiFi was nonexistent. They play music most of the night. In front of the hotel is a 4 lane road not a pool. The only good thing is the staff was great and tried to correct the issue Hotel. Com was just as bad. They would not help to resolving the issues.

This is my second time spending my vacation at this hotel. Such a great service and very kind staff all over the property. Mr. Sameh at the front desk was very accommodating and welcoming. Resturant staff was very professional and showed great hospitality and world class service standards. Surely will come back again and recommend this vacation facility to visitors of Haurghada

Could be better with some renovations

The service was good, However, the hotel condition was not good. We stayed the 1 st night without hot water so we couldn’t take a shower and the air conditioner wasn’t in working condition although we mention it a couple of times. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Awesome value for your money. Too Good to be true!

This is an old hotel, that has been somewhat renovated by private owners. They charged too little and gave so much. For the price you pay, in Egyptian standards you get alot for your money. Rooms are not super clean but it is well presented. The Breakfast and dinner is educate and a good simple choice of dishes. What i did'nt like was the owners and their teenage children came into the dinning and the lobby and just hung out. But no want talked to you or said anything. They just got treated like Kings by their workers, yet they never came up and interacted with their guests! Strange way to run a hotel as a property owner! But other than that, the people that worked there, life guard, restaurant, chef, reception, garden and bar staff, were super duper friendly and were so happy to talk to you and tell you things! Loved it and would stay again.

Ich war nur für eine Übernachtung da. Das Hotel liegt am Ende der Youssef Affifi Straße und nicht in der Mitte, wie auf Google-Maps angezeigt. Es hat mich durch seine sehr netten und hilfreichen Personal überzeugen können. Aktuell befindet sich das Hotel in eine Soft-Opening-Phase, daher sehr ruhig. Ein privates Strand liegt ganz in der Nähe, was für Hotel Gäste kostenfrei ist.
