"The staff are very nice and accommodating. The room is spacious but like others have said, the bathroom just floods with water. The property could have better condition with a lot of wear and tear. My washer dryer didn’t work so they would take my clothes to a different room and wash them and bring them back. There are pots and pans but no utensils to cook with or washing up soap, so I had to purchase that. They clean the room if you ask them, there is a very bad drainage smell and the drain is right next to the kitchen surface you smell that when cooking. Also I really wanted to use the sauna but this didn’t work I was told. By the looks of things it hasn’t worked for a while. Just the steamer worked. The air conditioning in the gym didn’t work that well either, so it was very hot in there. Also there is a huge amount of construction going on and the majority of it tended to happen at night right outside my window. Overall a good place, but these little things all add up and are take away from the overall experience"

"Staff was excellent, room was great (although some funny engineering mistakes in my room, the shower screen was mounted backwards). Nice kitchen, TV, living room etc. The restaurant was not great, but plenty of fantastic options in the area. 100% going to be back there again"

"Room was perfect. Breakfast basic. The hotel literally kicked us out by 12 noon claiming that was the checkout time although it’s written on my booking through Expedia that we checkout 1 pm. "
