Very expensive $100 a day deposit that was not disclosed beforehand. The lady who checked us in was extremely rude. There was no fitted sheet on the bed, no bags in the trash cans and also no microwave. For the price we paid I expected better

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
I was really worried after reading the reviews but we arrived to no check-in queues however staff were very unfriendly. No problems with lifts all week always one with a minute. As soon as we entered the hotel there was a friendly person to help us with our luggage. A helpful and friendly person to check us in and tell us all about the perks.

Hyatt Regency Times Square
Beds were great, pillows were awesome. Shower was perfect. Only complaint is the lack of insulation/sound dampener, between the bathroom and the main room. Otherwise, great stay and great location!

The property is in ok conditions. I was very bithered when my room did not get serviced and staff coukd not explain why the cleaning crew missed my room.
