"We thought the room was not worth the price. It was a bit shabby and lacked the extras with a room that price.
Early evening we saw two rats outside on our patio.
There was a lack of staff at certain times and this was communicated to us when asking for breakfast.
The bar and gardens were lovely, they were very helpful with our food choices but the Sticky toffee pudding was not to a good standard."

"The food was very good and staff great. Grace was a wonderful server. The inn is certainly olde and genuine. Not a pretend olde . Rooms are very unusual with individual names. All are separate from the pub.
Obviously the pub is the main venue for the local population.
The room was modest size but had two TVs. The shower floods the bathroom. Not a big deal."

"Just arrived and the owner called in to settle us and give us a very informative introduction to the area and the property also.
The property is beautiful and absolutely spotless , looking forward to a wonderful week exploring Cornwall "
