Check in is an email sent to you literally at 2pm, not a minute earlier and there is a number to call if anything emergency is needed. Other than that, no human interaction. Your room key is a swipe you get in your email. Noisy at night if you're at the front. There is a nearby church whose bells are chimed every 15 mins throughout the night...

"The property is in need of a refurb as it is looking tired in places. Staff were helpful and polite. Outside seating was insuficient on this sunny weekend.
