Personal beim Check In sehr freundlich und 24h besetzt."

"Everything nice"

"Clean room, staff were helpful and it was an okay breakfast. Too bad it was always the same food at breakfast, no variety."

"Beautiful hotel with stellar service. I was gladly surprised about the level of detail, next time I visit Cuzco, that’s where I’m staying."

"The most welcoming beautiful stay! The staff were outstanding in each department. The food was excellent. The property is beautiful."

"Beautiful hotel with great location. Big and clean room. Helpful staffs."

"Pleasant staff, comfy beds, clean rooms, pretty quiet neighborhood but not too far from the downtown!"

"Great experience and stay, hassle free money exchange at the front desk with a good exchange rate, Kiki the lama is the shining star!!"

"All staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception in morning and evening shift (I remember only RUIT name) help me to call tour agents. Good location can walk to Plaza and near hotel have tradition food restaurant and laundry. Highly recommend stay this LP. I checked in 15-17 Jul 19 and check in again on 20-23 Jul 19 same type of room but I got smaller than 1st check in (as advertised) . And still wait Expedia replied."
