Nice hotel, you can tell hotel really took care of some of the details. If offers bath tub (with relaxing salt), steam bath (with levender smell therapy). However restaurant was not up to to the standards, breakfast was soso, dinner buffet ($1000ntd) was good at all. During dinner we saw some debris that was left at the plate area from breakfast, meaning they didn't do a thorough clean after breakfast? And no soft drinks for it's buffet which was rare as well.

可惜的渡假酒店

這是一個規模不錯的酒店，但是蠻老舊的，許多的細節都沒有顧到，所以嚴格來說我認為就是三星半而已，或許以前非常棒，佔地也非常大，但就是預算不足的感覺，還有房間的洗臉盆水龍頭水量也不足，經過反應還是沒有處理，蠻可惜的酒店！

舒適養生的飯店，主打香草植物但是不具規模也不精緻

標榜香草植物的飯店，但是香草植物種植還沒有到位，粗略沒有很精緻，食材標榜養生無負擔，一泊二食，晚餐提供火鍋，食材雞肉無肥油，雞蛋感覺也很不錯，茶包很意外提供阿里山茶跟日月潭紅茶，以花蓮縣來說應該是舞鶴茶或是紅烏龍茶比較適切，飯店地點有點偏僻要自行開車較方便，房間清潔也很舒適。

軟體不錯，硬體無法跟上，有點可惜

服務人員的服務不差，但設施上有點問題，例如淋浴時的水溫不穩定，有時很燙，有時不熱，房間在冬天時的空調只有暖氣，室內溫度很高，也無法調整溫度，睡覺時會熱的不舒服，這兩者請人員來處理都沒法改善的很好。

非常草本療癒的旅程

我跟老公選擇在花東慶祝12週年紀念，在花蓮選擇的是秧悅美地，飯店同仁很貼心地幫我們佈置了房間，還準備了小禮物給我們滿滿的驚喜，完全感受到飯店對於顧客的旅遊目的相當重視！房間相當寬敞，浴室空間相當大，蒸氣室會散發香草氣味，使用起來舒心療癒！不過因為馬桶與洗手台之間，隔了一座浴缸，如果半夜上洗手間，走去洗手就要相當小心了。另外，停車場的服務同仁非常熱情！飯店的停車場與飯店本體隔著一條街，晚間從夜市返回停車場，特別招呼我們問有沒有帶傘，還陪我們走回飯店，一路上還不時展現幽默，在平安夜又冷又晚的時刻，服務人員還這麼有服務熱忱，著實令人讚佩！飯店同仁也是值得讚許，在協助將行李送回房間時，服務同仁是脫鞋進入房間的，並且小心仔細處理我們的行囊！早餐部分，餐點不少，也有現做的擔仔麵，還有無糖的優格、燻鮭魚，算是豐富，只是...如果有現點現做的歐姆蛋就更完美了^^"

這次花蓮行沒有特別安排行程，純粹想放鬆心情，在找房源的時候無意看到秧悅美地，看了評價跟網友分析的照片，選了一泊一食方案，C/I時告知被升等到有陽台的房型，打開陽台就可以遠眺中央山脈，房內還有蒸氣室，最在意的床墊睡起來也不會因隔壁翻身被影響，住宿感受非常舒服！ 另外泳池均溫25度，有另個比較淺的水療池約30度左右，小孩泡在這裡也不怕著涼，全程救生員都在池畔看著，除了房間的蒸氣室，泳池是我們使用最多的地方。 住客加購自助餐廳也有優惠，餐食普通，不過瑕不掩瑜，館內還有很多活動，這次兩天一夜覺得意猶未盡，已和家人討論下次要安排來這兒三天兩夜的行程了，價格對得起住宿品質，值得。
