A very friendly, helpful and English speaking owner! Small but comfortable room, in a very good location. No noise from the traffic, because the hotel is on a quiet street.

A great home-stay hotel

It is a very nice home-stay hotel. The owner/manager put great effort on helping guests enjoy staying at this place. In the living room, they provided a lot of travel information and maps about Hualien, Taiwan. The proper manager responsed messages very quick and helped guests beyond his duty. The bedroom was designed very cute. Private bathroom is large and nice. Internet is fast. A bonus we did not know until arrived: it is located right next a beautiful rive, we had nice walking after dinner. We will stay again next time when we visit Hualien.

老闆好，位置好

還不錯，老闆講話鏗鏘有力，隔天想續住一晚因為網站上已經沒有之前的價錢，請求老闆，老闆馬上叫小幫手改正，所以又續住一晚了，位置很方便，來花蓮可以首選這裡喔！

住山景雙人房,地方很美房間也較大,民宿地板很乾淨, 只是不知為什麼床有些螞蟻 。 房東很好人, 因為我們特別要求加床,房東收了很便宜很便宜價錢的加床及清潔費幫我們在雙人床旁並排剛剛好夠位置加多一張沙發雙人床,謝謝。 民宿對出沒有公交車站,我們大多走路, 有一兩次打的(用民宿介紹原來有折扣 事後才知 哈哈) 走路去火車站大約10-15分鐘, 去夜市要30分鐘

位置和環境都不錯，距離東大門夜市和花蓮車站都挺近的。附近有花蓮當地的飲食店，都較為方便。舒適度還不錯，算是整潔。老闆很熱情，不愧是台灣的民宿。

Comfortable beds

Super comfortable beds, and the owner was very helpful regarding giving us tips about Hualian. // The room was full of mosquitoes, so some of us got bitten during our 1 night. // The bathroom was a little birt dirty. I found hairs. The shower drainage is slow, and the shower head have had better days.

物美價廉小而美的民宿

民宿主人相當熱心介紹花蓮美食，民宿地點也位於市區附近，可步行至影城與好樂迪等措施，早晨可走上美崙溪河堤享受花蓮舒服的早晨

若要求不高純粹住宿用可以選擇，價格便宜

純粹住宿用，床鋪彈性太好，旁邊的人有任何動作床就會像船一樣晃動，所以整夜睡得不太舒服，冷氣很冷，但是無法調整風向，牆壁似乎沒有擦過，看的到一層灰塵附著在上面，希望可以稍微用心點整理
