Perfect 3 nights stay with catching an upgrade, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast buffet and a lovely surrounding area with supermarkets and other shops. Large and clean rooms, we loved the pool by day and by night. So would love to come back in future.

Overall the stay was good. The hotel has amazing breakfast. The room is bit outdated, need some change in the carpet. The carpet was old and dirty looking and there is a stain on the bed cover. The bed is comfortable.

福容飯店可以更好

重新裝修過的福容花蓮飯店，其房間在整體外觀上來說，確實乾淨、舒適。但是，真的入住後，會有種美中不足的感覺： 1. 淋浴間跟馬桶很近，坐在馬桶上很不舒服，而且狹小的空間又掛了電話，每次上廁所起身，都會撞它一下。 2. 大床的床墊不是獨立筒的，只要有人翻身就會被床搖醒。 3.早餐看起來菜色豐盛，但是食材均是中下等級⋯⋯，一人收費$580，真的是讓人失望。

住宿與服務不錯，給不想有負擔的旅客小提醒。

一進門就看到房內有一個門，應該是通往隔壁房間的門。心中就有點小小不安。果不其然，當隔壁入住後，所有隔壁房聊天的聲音都在我的房間回響。當下與飯店反應也換了房間。但我還是要提醒其他住客，如果到福容住宿安排到這間房，或許要考慮自己對噪音的耐受度。另外，飯店租用的越野腳踏車坐墊相當硬，無專業車褲的朋友就不要去借用。騎這樣的腳踏車只會讓你臀部痛到忘記花蓮的美麗。還車時有反應，不過各位也知道，櫃台只會跟你說，我們會向上反應。然後跟你收腳踏車租金。
