Need a lots of improvement

Im not saticfied for the hotel here.due i reach at 2pm and they told me the hotel are no electricity.and i need to wait until 5pm. After that,the room have alots of mosquito and i believe the room are quite long never rent out.i came with my 3 friends and when night during sleep,my friend are afraid cause she said she saw 'ghost' while she sleeping.sorry to said that.and the wifi is low low low.i was so disappointed,but if someone want to have a low price stay.yes.here are the lower hotel.please do more improvement.and one more things.the next day we prepare to check out and we double check our belonging.we saw a blood mark at below the pillow cover.such very dirty..this is the worst hotel that i rent before

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I was staying by myself and yet the hotel owner and his wife made me feel welcome. I had a motor bike accident. Yhe hotel owner took me to hospital. And even came to visit to see eveything was ok. I was a nightmare guest but yet both him and is wife were amazing during my stay there. I ca honstley say the hotel. The hosts and cha am itself are fantastic

Close to beach

New quality budget hotel with friendly staff. Nice place, however: I found notes reminding about basic behaviour rules 'or else' a bit off putting, the view from balcony is balconies on the opposite side, my friends got comparable room in the same street for about 60% of my price, perhaps I got the best room...

Had a great stay, good location, good room, clean, 100m from the beach and scooter hire at Hotel. Tony the owner was a great host, and always had a cold beer in the fridge.

Great hotel in Cha am

The room was large and in great condition. It was cleaned very thoroughly daily. Staff, and in particular the owner, couldn't be more friendly or helpful; they provided whatever help and advice that I wanted. The hotel is only around 100m from the beach, down a relatively quiet road. There are many restaurants within easy reach.

Nice hotel

Very good, nice small budget hotel that we will consider again if we visit Cha Am again. It has no breakfast but a short walk to Moi will provide you an english breakfast :) Very clean hotel. And staff wants you all the best. The hotel is little bit difficult to see in the area, maybe signs on the road nearby and a bigger sign at the hotell will make it easier to find. Cause it is worth searching :)

Very comfortable

The hotel was great except the bright street light right at the balcony...2nd floor on the street. The room, facilities and hosts were great. There are a few bikes you can use to ride up the beach and to the markets. The location was great, only a few meters from the beach. And the WiFi was lightening fast so I was able to get work done. Thank you!

I recommend this hotel for it's comfort and friendly and helping staff. Very good rooms, clean, good service and a nice balkony vith seaview. Only 200 m. from the Beach and a bit away from all noisy bars and rest. U get a lot for the Money here...!

One of the best in Cha-am
