However I was not impressed with the room servicing, it had something on the floor that was left there and the shampoo bottle I used was left there as I had left it not replenished either. "This hotel is not far from city centre nice walk into centre staff friendly and polite rooms are to die for clean comfortable living just perfect very modern hotel food is gorgeous and very good prices breakfast food well what can I say wonderful everything about my experience says it above"

"We arrived before check in but they had our rooms ready for us which was great to leave our things in the room as we were going straight out for a music festival. The only negative was that we had to pay for an extra breakfast and I thought it was included for all three of us staying. But that could have been my error not noticing it properly on the third party booking site. Breakfast had a good selection, some items were running low but we didn’t have to wait long until it was replenished....

"Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...

We asked for a dog friendly hotel and couldn’t get get combination ether from you or the hotel. And when we arrived they told us they did not accept. Dogs. My partner is disabled and sharing a bathroom with others was not acceptable. "Excellent service, staff went out of their way to change rooms, so that my son could have a view of the rail tracks. Lovely clean room, hotel only 5-10 mins walk from central shopping area and restaurants."

"Had a great stay here. Fabulous location as I was attending an event next door. Located next to multistorey car park and reduced price when staying at the hotel. 15/20 min walk into the city centre. Room was spotless and bed was comfortable. Very impressed with the free breakfast and an option to take away with a grab bag. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again if I need to attend another event here."

"Great location, just a few minutes walk from the station and city centre. The staff gave excellent service, the room was large, clean and had a very useful kitchen area. The breakfast buffet included a good selection of full English and continental items. There is also a restaurant and rooftop bar which was a lovely place to sit before heading out for the evening. Overall we were very impressed with this hotel and would definitely stay here again."

"My single bed room was large and everything worked okay. The coffee sugar cream, water bottles, towels were restocked daily. It's a nice hotel, downtown location very close 3 minutes walk to the Leeds Train station. Check in and out was easy. Free Luggage storage is available.The AC is quiet but weak. The cool air comes out of a small vent in the ceiling."
