"Waited hours to get towels. Excuse: waiting for dryer. Waited hours for additioal toilet paper. Excuse: waiting for it to be delivered. Entrance door not closing snuggly. Huge space under door that critters could get under. Free breakfast. There was none. No plates anyway. Told that food is being cooked. Waited then left for breakfast elsewhere. Water ejects out of tiolet and out onto the floor when flushing. Overall disgusting."

"This home could be a museum it is so well furnished with interesting furniture and artifacts. The breakfast setting was like having high tea somewhere. And the owner is a charming woman. If you are going to be anywhere near the Sydney area try to make this your stop."

"This is what you would hope for when stopping for a night. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was clean. The heat and wifi worked well. They appear to be updating the room so there were some unfinished finishes. But all in all, I am happy a friend recommended this otel."

"Great place to stay while waiting for ferry in North Sydney. Enjoyed the carpet free room and Chinese food was great in restaurant! Suggest having coffee in room for morning wake-up but appreciated the coffee from restaurant."

"Good clean bed,Newer heat pump, bad, no outlets to plug in sleep machine , lamp on night stand felt like there was a layer of dust on, ty remotes didn't work , would i stay here again no"

"It was very clean. The bed was a bit old and squeaky. The only real issue was you had to boil water for one minute so wasn't comfortable showering. No fault of owner though. View was beautiful from back window."
