"The staff is always wonderful, the rooms are always clean. The ONLY issue I had was with other guests that were so inconsiderate of others!! Running up and down the hallways, being loud. Other than that, The hotel is always one of my favorites "

"The smell of marijuana hits you in the face the second you open the door to go to the room. I do not smoke, and the smell makes me sick. The air conditioner was so noisy and did not cool the room. We paid for a late check out and was woke up and told check out was 11. I explained we paid for a late checkout, which cost us a half nights rent. I was then hung up on. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Check in staff didn’t say more than “name” to me, just stared at me like I knew what to do. Asked which way the room was and he just laughed. Ants in the room."

"Breakfast : for hot: waffles and coffee were good but eggs and bacon, not. Room was worn and out of shampoo but they filled it upon asking. Front staff well trained and efficient. It was fine but becoming worn."

"The property is being updated. Our room was clean, neat and new looking. We are getting used to the new policy that one must ask for service by housekeeping for a multi-day stay. Only one person in restaurant for breakfast but she was great."

"What I liked: a hard floor in the room (no gross carpeting), clean and well lit bathroom, comfortable beds. Suggestions: need more hooks or racks in the bathroom, an over head light in the room would be nice. The check in guy said breakfast started at 6 a.m. but it didn’t start till 6:30 a.m. so I can’t review it."
