"Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights.
Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond.
Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too.
We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers.

"Great little hotel above an English Pub. Was relatively quiet after the pub closed. Great central location, friendly staff, wonderful food. No air conditioning but they did provide a couple of fans and we kept the window open so that cooled the room well enough. The beds were a bit on the firm side but overall was a great room. "
"It was a pleasure to stay at the White Hart. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to be helpful. We had coffees and also a lunch, whilst staying there. Both were excellent and not over-priced.

"This is a little gem of a hotel situated only a 10-15 min walk from Boston town centre. From the moment we arrived we were looked after. It was our base for the Bank Holiday weekend. The room was lovely, with great facilities including a fridge and large TV, as well as a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and was a fantastic selection for a continental style breakfast. "Taking its cue from Air BnB , this is a hotel with no Front of House staff and you get sent an access code that works for the front door and your room.
Right from the start you feel that it is going to be different. With a private carpark, accessed via the No Through Road off Market Place, you are in a courtyard with two impressive stone Gothic Revival buildings - the old Sessions House (1841) and the matching County Hall of 1927 - which now houses the hotel.

"The room was very nice it had a comfy bed hair drier fan kettle tea and coffee a microwave iron and ironing board the shower was ok and nice clean fluffy white towels as I was on my own I felt safe staying there the owner was very nice and friendly I've also stayed at the quayside hotel prefer this one over that "
"Booked through Expedia, easy booking, good communication. Nice little end terraced property suited us for the night. We was visiting family so only slept in property. Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes. Don't know about area. No teabags or milk so bring your own. Thank you for the stay much appreciated. "
