"Room was not what was expected. Pictures on website were misleading. The handicap shower was ok, but the water poured on to the tile floor making it very slippery. Staff was not knowledge on shuttle times"

"The room was average, the carpet had stains, the bed was "EXTREMELY" uncomfortable. It was hard as a rock and my back ached the entire stay. Very disappointing. Someone banged on our door our last night stay at 3 or 4 in the morning. Don't know what that was about, we did not answer because we didn't think it was safe to do. For the price, I would not stay at your property again."

"Breakfast was amazing. Really good quality of food taste wonderful from the restaurant, but the bedrooms were definitely a two star. The furniture had nicks on it. The showers were not clean to perfection. The rooms had two tone paints on. It just looked like they covered up things that were damaged. "

"This was a decent establishment overall, but you can definitely tell they are in the middle of renovations. The food was quite expensive, and unfortunately valet parking was the only option available. What was most disappointing was being charged for valet service even though the valet staff could not drive a stick shift vehicle, so we ended up doing everything ourselves. Considering the inconvenience and cost, I was hoping the establishment would offer some type of compensation or adjustment to the valet charge."

"The hotel is beautiful but there were some negatives. The pool was not heated. The spa lacked a steam room. The restaurant food was not good at all (the most disappointing part). And they keep these large koi fish in an indoor pool area with no access to the sun. Koi need sun for their health. This to me was just pure animal cruelty. For that reason, they should be ashamed of themselves."
