Beautiful city and hotel’s rich history and ambiance reminded us of Paris. Room with view of river was clean and cozy. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Would stay here again.
I was nickel and dimed. The rooms are extremely small, small no space to fit anything. They put two empty glasses in our room, although we had four people staying in the room. When I called room service they wanted to charge me $15 to bring me two empty glasses. Absolutely ridiculous

Your people are great!! Housekeeper was great but room could use a “ deep clean”, bathroom tile moldy, corners, etc. It is just an old building needing extra care. We really did enjoy our stay and will recommend to any friends coming to Quebec City.

Incredible hotel with an amazing restaurant (Champlain) and beautiful history and architecture. However, hotel pool was under construction and we weren’t notified until we were woken up by drills, and they didn’t notify us that parking is roughly $70 a day which was a nice surprise to find at the end of our stay.

The room service is overpriced and terrible. The refused to cook the venison burger to the proper temperature. The cheese on the onion soup wasn’t under melted as well as the pizza which had a half inch thick layer of cheese that was barely melted

Our stay at Chateau Frontenac was fantastic. Everyone was super courteous and the customer service was excellent. We got a lovely room, and no matter what the view is, it's all pretty. The hotel has these "experiences" which you pay for in any case, so you SHOULD enjoy them. Tours of the city, wine tastings, and plenty of other options to make this a fun stay!

This has got to be the most beautiful place to stay in Quebec. Everything was absolutely perfect. I enjoyed staying here. It was a great birthday here in Quebec and staying here was the icing on the cake.
Loved that shopping, sightseeing and dining was conveniently close.

The hotel was stunning, location is perfect. Our room was beautiful considering the age of the hotel; however the TV needs an upgrade and channel/cable options are poor. In uur room, the AC was not cooling. Still would recommend a stay in this incredible hotel!

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City. the service was amazing the staff were very friendly and helpful, the amenities were great. Everything was close by, there was so much to see.

Front desk was ok, not that friendly. Charged us for 30 of gym and other activities we didn't ask for. This was not disclose on Expedia when we booked this hotel. I will not come back to this hotel, expensive and nothing was special.

The only thing I would say is request a room that doesn’t overlook the courtyard. It’s a beautiful hotel to have a view. And the courtyard is filled with machinery like the air conditioning, etc..

Keith was our concierge, he was amazing and helpful with everything. Stuff is super friendly and helpful highly recommend it. Can walk everywhere in the old town, there are a few museums around. Felt really safe around. You can walk around the hotel and find pieces of history on every corner! Would be back!

This is the second bed that is terrible! The mattresses are old and need to be updated! Rose fragrance permeates the hotel everywhere from the scented bath products, it is asphyxiating! I requested scent free bath products at check-in but they were never delivered to the room.
