"I went here on a boys trip and we stayed for an extended weekend. Great location for being close to downtown hot springs and the water. The staff was very friendly greeting us when we arrived and left. Definitely an above average breakfast and the room was spacious for 4 men."

"Property was very nice, clean. Staff professional. No issues at all during our stay."

"Full kitchen in room. Fantastic room at a fantastic price. Great location. Off the road a couple hundred yards up on top of hill. Highly recommend. I stay here regularly now."

"Nice clean rooms and great staff!"

"We had a lovely relaxing stay at this property. The staff at this property were helpful and friendly. The location was convenient and we enjoyed the views of the lake. The two things that could have improved our stay would have been the availability of a king size bed and some improved quality in the hot breakfast. ( Next time, I will get two queens!). As to breakfast, it did have the usual hot choices, waffles, and oatmeal and had a unique “breakfast sandwich” concept, but I wasn’t a big...

"Always great staying there! My family loves it!"

"The property itself was fine, but the front desk staff (especially Robyn) were super helpful throughout."

"Furniture was torn, stuffing falling out, bathroom door did not fully close used downstairs restroom. Had a sofa bed but front desk refused to provide pillows or blanket when requested. Said there were none. Main Entrance overhead outdoor light flashed entire stay. Elevator was not working when we arrived. Will not stay here again."

"Good quite place to stay"

"Staff was great with a clean room"

"Breakfast was good, the room was ok. Too bad they do not have double bed lake view."

"The room was more spacious than we expected and spotless - great location right off the lake - huge breakfast with plenty of options - all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful"

"The air conditioner sounded like it was on its last leg. It was very loud, high pitched and annoying. That’s my only complaint. Room was clean & comfortable. Staff was very nice."

"No breakfast, air conditioner face plate came off, tv remote didn’t work correctly, & the microwave was unplugged. Room 119"

"Outdated hotel for the price. Mold in corners of bathroom, toilet handle broke since it was rusted. Staff checking in were not friendly."

"Property was very clean room was very nice very comfortable very easy to use and very accessible to everything"
